how are you? Appointments around Milan, but first a good breakfast!
Don’t eat anything in the morning is like taking an exam without studying, I admit, until a few months ago I gave little importance to breakfast, but now I have learned to love myself and also a good breakfast makes you start off on good, it makes you active and efficient for a better day.
Mine is very simple, a freshly squeezed orange juice, toasted white bread with berries jam , a small chocolate bread and good coffee.

Appuntamenti in giro per Milano, but first a good Breakfast!
Non mangiare nulla al mattino è come affrontare un esame senza aver studiato, io, lo ammetto, fino a qualche mese fa davo poca importanza alla colazione, ma ora ho imparato a volermi più bene, ed anche una buona colazione ti fa partire con il piede giusto, ti rende attivo ed efficiente per affrontare al meglio tutta la giornata.
La mia è molto semplice, una spremuta d’arancia, pane bianco tostato con marmellata ai frutti di bosco , un piccolo pane al cioccolato ed un buon caffè.
